i was contacted by someone representing themselves as working for microsoft and promised to fix my computer. they not only didn't fix the problem they have made matters worse. diskeeper 12 is now telling me that my second 1tb hard drive is criticla and about to fail. they wiped over 2tb off my 2 external hard drives. i was expecting a call from the supervisor at 7pm on the 15/4/13 and got no call. i have tried to email them but their email adddress is no lomger valid. the technican i spoke to mainly was called ashwin
