I received a call from a woman named Helen West from T. Pedersen and Associates telling me i was approved for a loan in the amount of $120,000.00 i was recently filling out numerous applications for that amount through mortgage company websites for this exact amount.well i began to wonder how this company even got my info because i never heard of them and wondered how they got my information.They continued to feed me a bunch of bull crap telling me i was approved at 4% interest making my payment 768.00 a month for 18 years.However first i had to pick one of three options to secure my loan 1 being pay over 3,000 to insure the first three payments 2 being buy insurance through them that cost 1,500 or 3 put something up as collateral being a car house or land...first they needed my i.d. and pay stubs then they would send me my documents then i would pick which option i wanted to go with to secure my loan then the funds would be released..YA RIGHT..being the person i am i know there are way too many scams out there and figured i would check into this..i am so glad that i found this sight because if not i may have been stupid enough to fall for this because their website and the people talking to you sound so believable.however when you go to their website and try to copy and paste anything it will not allow you.and the number i was given for them will only allow me to go to "helen west" personally.what a bunch of (Inappropriate Content Removed).
