I cancelled my order and received an e mail acknowledging my cancellation in February, this was paid on my February credit card statement, I was charged again in March, £ 75 plus £4.95 postage although I was not sent any products indeed nor did I want any but I do want all charges to be reimbursed
Update: 04/17/2013
I have contacted my credit card supplier and they will contact me tomorrow with an update. I wanted to warn others of the problems contacting this company with a complaint
