Doing my internet search for a legal firm to complete a 501(c)(3) tax exempt application for the IRS for our non-profit organization. I contacted a Ms Ros McDonald who own Mak-Ware Associates,LLC, to prepare the form. I met her and paid a down payment of $300 which left only the filing fees of $400. On completion of the application Ms Ros wanted us to give her the other $400 to file the application to the IRS, at this time we wanted to receive a copy for our records and to review for approval. Ms Ros stated that she don't give the client a copy of their application for their records. After stating this, I asked Ms. Ros to return my money which she ageed to do but she haven't made any attempto do so as of 04/17/13. We was keeping in contact up until it was time for the form.
