I went in this salon and Deanne was my hairdresser. I told her I wanted a trim and wanted to keep my long layers. My hair was down below my bra strap and just had a trim in Dec of 2012 three months prior. Deanne proceeded to cut eight inches off of my hair and not in a long layered cut. She cut my hair straight across the bottom. Like a child's haircut I am 47 years old. I was horrified then she told me to leave half way through the cut very rude. She ruined my hair it will take me over a year to grow that hair back.
