on june 3,2011 i purchased ipad 2 and iphones 4 to this company which cost me 944 dollars and they said they don't accept paypal, only western union and moneygram. so i paid thru western union costing 992 dollars with the fees. then they said they are going to ship it to me the next day and will give me the tracking number. But the next day, they said they have it checked to the Hai Dian customs by Mr. Zhan Han and i have to pay the tariff of 480 dollars so they could release it from there. I have to argue with the customer service and the Manager because of this but i don't have any choice but to pay it so i paid for it. then they said after a week that they got it but it was damaged so they have to return to the manufacturer. week after week i have been following up but most of the time they don't want to talk to me. they are ignoring my messages and even the customer agent online won't talk to me. Until now, I still don't have the items i purchaased.
