on 03/05/2013 I received a advertisement for a horse race handicapping system. On 03/06/2013 I sent payment for the system.the advertisement stated that the system would be sent out in (48 hours guaranteed). On 03/23/2013 I received a letter confirming my order but there was a slight delay in sending them out. The letter said it would be another week may ten days,and it would be shipped via FIRST CLASS MAIL and that I would received it in three to four days after that.It is now 04/17/2013 and still no delivery of my order.
