OpticsFast is a SCAM!! I cannot believe I fell for this scam. I usually do a lot of research before buying anything. But I saw a pair of frames that I really liked and didn't research the company first. I received a defective pair of frames - it was missing the decorative rhinestone on the side and when I contacted Customer Service to exchange the frames, they said that the frames were discontinued. If you look on their website, it still shows as available. It looks like an OLD pair of frames that were either a floor model or even used that they presented as new when I purchased them. It was far from being in new condition. I have been getting the run around and the last response I received was to tell me to get the frames repaired. For $200, I want a new pair of frames not one that I now have to turn around and get fixed. To anyone who reads this, DO NOT - DO NOT fall for their scam. I didn't do my research and now I am paying for it. Read all the bad reviews out there and there are a lot. Its a red flag when there are so many bad reviews which I wished I had read before buying from them. Another RED FLAG, you can call them 100x and no one answers - you never speak to anyone. They only respond to you via email and online chat. I suspect they probably send you defective frames that you were under the impression are new. Then you are stuck with defective frames, they have charged your credit card and if you try getting a refund - good luck plus if you are successful in getting a refund, they charge a 20% restocking fee which can be alot for nothing. Dont fall for their scam and get stuck with defective frames that you cant use.
