I stupidly signed up for some products for a delivery cost of £3.95 only, I received the items then noticed a charge of £47.95 on my bank statement form DSMARK DEAD, SEASET.COM. I managed to contact the company and was told that it clearly stated in the terms and conditions that I was signing up for a rolling contract. During this conversation it was decided that to save me sending the items back to Isreal I would keep them on this occasion but they were not to send me any more products and under no circumstances should they take any more money from my bank account!!!! I have since received and set of products for which I have been charged a further £69.95 by a company called GETSKINCARE.COM. I have spoken to my bank and apparently what this company are doing is legal, although I can't see how. It is appalling how they hide in their terms and conditions the fact that you are signing up to a rolling contract and then make it very difficult for you to get out of this contract. I have sent the items back to Isreal and am waiting for a refund as we speak but I don't hold out much hope!!!!
