I had the same thing happen to me as a lot of the people on this site...
I saw the ad on pinterest and I thought wow what a great deal! So I decided to order 3 pairs of Toms... Its been 4 weeks since my order and I haven't received anthing... not even a tracking number. I have emailed them 3 times and they haven't gotton back to me.
TomsOutletShoesale.com is a scam!

I purchased a total of 6 pairs of shoes from www.tomsoutletshoesstore.com about a month ago. Of course, like everyone else, I DID NOT receive them. After having a suspicion that this sight might be fake, I did some research online and discovered that in fact it was a BOGUS site! I e-mailed the "company" hoping to receive a response - I never did. I also tried writing a review on their site, but of course it did not post. I hope someone sees this before placing their order. I wish I had. This has definitely taught me a lesson, do your research before purchasing anything online...
