ON July 3,2010 I had a contrsct agreement with the above mentioned company to replace my flat roof the amount was $3200.00 which was agreed on and payment was made on July 10, 2010.A fter the first rain water was leaking from the roof and into the soffit making the soffit loose and hanging on the cable wires. After several calls Mr Ball came out and stated that I needed a gutter can over the carport which I never had before and did not have this problem. He installed the gutter can for an additional $100.00. This did not solve the problem. For 2 1/2 years my phone calls were ignored. However the work was incomplete and inferior. After several complaints the the Better Business Bureau in New Orleans and having several estimates from other roofers Mr.Ball sent a worker out to correct the tarring on the roof and correct the falling soffit. The way thet corrected it was put it together with caulking which fell after the first rain fall it is still loose as of today. All the roofers that came out stated that the first fourth of front of the roof had to be replaced, I felt that it could be fixed without replacing. The problem at this time is the face edge is not correct they stated that they would be fixed I thanke them and steted that this would end all my dealings with them as this has been going too long and they agreed. I shortened this complaint as much as I could as the Better Business Bureau has the full report.At this time all I want to do is spare another customer from going thru what I am enduring with this company. I am a seventy five old widow living on a small income, but I am not a fool. thank you. Joan (Personal Information Removed)
