Denis Carter, phone #813-414-5413(box1017) head of Business Solution On Line called me on 12-11-2012, for an hour and half about a business opportunity called Bus Solution Online. He told me I would make money, not to worry about anything, he would be there for me,just call him if I have questions, I tried my best to say, that I was a senior citizen with low income, etc. He told me to just make minimum payments for the first 3 months on my credit cards and then he would put the charge on the Company's credit card after 3 month. That's what made me say ok, (if I did not have to pay to make money, that could not be a bad deal) So he kept asking me for my credit card # and I finally gave in. He told me that someone would contact me to set up my credit line(to build my credit). A representant called me from Salt Lake City and sent me an e-mail to welcome me and sent me a list of all the things that I would have to do to qualify for the business to build my credit. When I read that, I knew I had been defrauded, Dennis Carter never told me how difficult it would be to qualify for all the units (45 differents things) he kept it hidden from me, he just said that this rep would walk thought the units with me. When I opened all the units one after another, there was no way I would qualify, Dennis never asked/told me any of the things I had to apply/qualify for etc. He had my money and that was his all concern. I called him and told him that I wanted out, that I could not continue, he replied: "I will talked to my partner, and I will call you back" he never called me back even though I called him several times. I thought that he would call me to tell me he was going to give me credit, but he never called, I was waiting for his call to make it legal to cancel, but I wrote a letter after the cancellation period, so I owe the company the money, I charged $2500 each on my Discover card, and my Master Card. Discover has been very understanding and so far according to the dispute that I filed with Discover they are giving me credit, but Master Card told me that they knew Business Solution OnLine was a scam, but I gave them my credit card number so they could not help me. So far I have not paid yet, but I am afraid that I will have to with my next statement. Please help me, this company has lied and kept the truth hidden from me! I did not ask for this, they called me! Thank you so much.
