After responding to an ad about a pet the sender told me the pet would be shipped by a private courier service. After the reservation was made the courier service was to contact me with details of the flight information and time of delivery. Instead I got an email notifying me that due to unforseen weather conditions like temperature and humidity my new pet could not be cleared for her flight and needed a air conditioned crate for her safety as well as one additional vaccine since she would be crossing state lines. This could be done immediately if a gave a deposit if which 95% would be refunded to me upon safe arrival of my pet. I was instructed to make the deposit at the nearest western union. I had already agreed to help the sender with the cost of shipping because she gave me a sob story about wanting to adopt the puppy due to the recent death of her daughter and it was just to painful for her to keep the dog. I made the deposit. The next day I was contacted again with yet another issue. This time the puppy was not cleared due to not having the correct documentation like, adoption paperwork, insurance paperwork and etc. It could all be taken care of immediately if I just made another deposit at western union again that of course would be refundable upon arrival of my puppy. I did not make the deposit and asked for details on the check in process as well as copies and the name of the agent who completed this process. I also asked to speak to a manager as well as the information on the complaint department. Instead I was bombarded with several requests to comply with making this deposit or else the puppy would be impounded, given away for adoption or I might be charged with pet abandonment. I have copies of the pictures from the sender as well as all email communication plus all attachments and receipts of any mn
