i reported to verizon that my phone was not working properly and they said they would send me a new replacement phone. I never agreed to have this service added to my phone either by texting or by email. I do not have the actual date that this scam occured. I am the only one that uses this phone and the only one that uses my email address.I have been scammed before from email sent to me and opened it not knowing it was a scam. This is where it might have come from. BUT I never asked for this service!!!!I have only had text messaging since the first of June and this was the first text message I got.I feel I should not be charged for something I never asked for.Since this was the first message I got when I activated the text messaging service.
