Order #1011830290. On 3/14/13 my credit card was charged $8.95 instead of $7.95 as they had indicated on the invoice sent with the merchandise. On 4/13/13 my card was charged $29.95 for the insoles we received along with a free bottle of joint support pills. On 4/18/13 my card was charged $44.85 for an additional bottle of joint support. I talked with a representative of the company this morning and he informed me that they sent us a letter telling us that we had to cancel this joint support if we didn't want it. I have now canceled, but was unaware of such a letter. We do not read advertising letters unless we specifically solicit them. I told this rep that I was reporting his company for deceptive business practices.

- Our records show that the customer signed up for the $1.00 30 day trial offer of the insoles and purchased a pair of slippers for $7.95 s/p. He was charged $8.95 for his first payment with the balance due in 30 days. We received an email from him regarding the Joint Support. He opted for the 30 day free trial and did not contact us as stipulated on our web site or in the welcome to cancel future shipments. He was asked to refuse delivery and has already been refunded for the $44.85 charge on 4/19. Thank you.
