I went to them for information because they filed my taxes in past year. Once I file my taxes with someone else. I call the IRS to check on my refund I was told my taxes had been paid. I with back to LBS they told me one of their employee's filed my tax without my permission and they had a check for $341.00 and My check was to be $799.00. I am still waiting on them to give over $400 back because of what their employee had done. They were not going to charge me for filing my taxes I AM STILL WAITING R.B.
