i was sold shares to Medical Profit, LLC and PharmaCo Genetics and later found out that llc was applied for but revoked and llc was never established.... individual is still conducting business and recruiting (scaming) yet more individuals for investment money.... and everything he says he has, like contracts,ect.... have never been produced!!!

We are sorry for your concern, however we don't look at this as a scam for several reasons. 1) You were informed of the price up front, 2) You agreed to that price, 3)You entered a contract and you own a percent of the company. Granted you were obligated to perform contract duties in order to receive major benefit and you have been derelict in your duties. As we understand you have a history of similar behavior in your other ventures. Also a "SCAM" by definition is a fraudulent scheme developed to make quick profit or to swindle. This is a 2 year long program with clients and well established partners. Lastly, you claim the LLC was revoked. We can only assume your comment is accidental. That you have forgotten the location of your LLC is purely irresponsible. If you would like to discuss this matter, be reminded of the location of your LLC, we would be open to speaking with you. As your are aware - we have exchanged multiple text msgs, you have as recently as today avoided our phone calls and claimed your own attorney's have asked you to libel yourself (we highly doubt such to be true). Our contracts have always been available to our clients. They need only ask.
