just wanted to ask if we should be getting overtime after 40 if we are forklift operators and a yard jockey drive. we are told no from the boss because we are considered a freight handler that true? none of us have been paid overtime for a long time now.So i can not put a dollar amount on it please email me on your answer @ (Personal Information Removed).
