During the ordering process for this product, the website did not disclose the dollar amount of S&H charges. Once I completed the order form it immediately charged my CC and did not allow me to review the order prior to actually placing the order. About 30 minutes later I received a confirm email which indicated that the S&H was almost the same amount as the product. I immediately sent a reply email to the confirmation cancelling the order. I repeated the canel order serveral times and never received an anwser. Received the product via UPS about 5 days later. Did not open and contacted company to obtain a return shipping number. When doing so I was informed that the S&H would not be refunded only the charge for the product. I informed that company that their business practices were outrageous, unethical, if not downright illegal. The end result is they will receive a substantial profit on the S&H no matter what I did. I have notified my CC company of that their willingness to do business with the company was extremely disappointing to me and that they should take a look at the "selling" practices. I told the company I would return the package unopened upon a full refund since I had cancelled the order and they refused. I turn to you for any assistance you may provide, and will be posting the inappropriateness of this company's internet site practices where ever and how ever Ican.
