My wife put our 6 piece dining room set on consignment, selling price was to be between $800 & $1000 on 12/01/2012, late January and early February 2013 we lost several family members consecutively in New Jersey which we attended last good bye's in New Jersey over a several week period. When we returned mid-March 2013 and after getting caught up on all our personal matters we visited the location in an attempted to find out what the status was on the dining room set, that was on Saturday 03/30/2013, we we're told Marjaa was not in, I asked about the dining room set which was not on site and was told it was probably on lay away. My wife attempted to contact Marjaa numerous times via phone over the next several weeks to which there was no response. In reviewing the contract we discovered there was a clause stating that if we did not call about the item with-in 5 days after the end of the contract, which would have been 03/05/2013, the item became the property of Mulberry Street, a clause we did not notice till after the fact due to all the turmoil in our lives during the first several months of the year. It became appearent why Marjaa was not returning my wife's phone calls, we were being screwed and Marjaa did not have the nerve to tells us that.

People like this have no decency and need to be exposed for the unethical people they are, other's need to be made aware of how this person/company works so they do not get scewed as well. God will punish people like this in the end, I have full confidence in that, for us it was yet another lesson learned that there are dirt bags like this in the world and one needs to be aware of that.
