Purchase one ICOO Android tablet via Groupalicious website mid to late December 2012. It was a two week deal so I did not get the voucher until 1/2/13 which I promptly used. After multiple emails and excuses, I still do not have the product. The phone # provided on their website goes straight to voice mail and says to email them only. There is no actual way to talk to a real person. This is not a valid company. Do not buy anything from them. The customer service wasn't so bad in the beginning (email only of course) but after I multiple emails for status, they stopped responding.
Update: 04/26/2013
I wanted to state that Frogsave.com has since been more than cooperative since I've filed the complaint and has refunded my money.

- Seems to be the case of who said what. The deal site claimed the matter was resolved and that there was a misunderstanding on the number of vouchers, but that it had been cleared up on March 11th, 2013. After I was told that, I waited a few weeks. I sent a couple of emails checking status after that point with no response. April 5th, 18th, and 21st. This is the first time I heard back.
