I ordered a complete set of Knots Landing on Nov 18, 2012. I received the set about mid-December. I assumed I was buying brand new copies of this set as shown on their website, but these were pirated copies that someone burned on their computer. Some CD's did not work at all. I emailed their customer service on Dec 19 and received a reply that I should finish watching all the DVD's first so that they can replace all of the disks that are not working.

It took me a month and a half to finish watching the series, on Feb 14, 2013 I sent an email to Gordon Kennedy to let him know the exact CD's that I needed to be replaced but the email bounced back.

I now see they may have another website up and running called Charmdvd.com which has the same design and if you read their disclaimers under Terms and Conditions they basically state that they are not responsible for anything that happens through their website. This should be investigated ASAP before more people are scammed.
