I entered a student agreement, based on a call telling me the could teach me via one-on-one coaching, and tutorials to be very successful,
selling on eBay!
Why would anyone want to pay $4700.00 to learn to something that is SO self-explanitory?
Also, their coaching staff kept calling me to postpone our first contracted 30 minutes session. Obviously, instructions to stall three business days to eliminate the possibility to rescind their lousy contract. I became suspicious at that point, and wrote their little letter to rescind, and why, I don't know, they wanted the letter sent REGISTERED, so just to insure I mailed it Express/ return receipt requested.
Mailed the rescind notice as soon as I received my first coaching call. The call was received Saturday night the 27th of August. I feel that this call on Saturday is considered "as the latter of the receipt of the MERCHANDISE or premium, whichever is later.
The date of the agreement is a mute point in this case. This never was an enforcable contract. Two, the bottoms of two pages of this agreement did not come through on PDF. I also requested the entire enrollment agreement and retail sales contract in hardcopy which was never sent.
