When you reach the threshold for cash out they are suppose to pay. I completed the required offers and they stopped crediting payments so that I cannot reach the threshold. They seem to do this to a lot of people so they do not have to pay out.
Here is a copy of a conversation that explains why this company is a scam. It reads from bottom to top.
I have had a support ticket opened and still no answer. I also opened another one just to try and reach you to look at the other ticket and still no answer. Here is a copy of the conversation from the open support ticket:

I completed an offer Jan 3rd for signing up to receive information on Kaplan online college. I spoke with a rep that same day I signed up. When will a credit be applied?

account is still locked to get to current income page. I did get to a page showing old balance still not paid of 30.00
Update: 04/24/2013
Just noticed at top of screen shot shows balance of 39.81 as current balance. Still owed for final offer not paid since Jan 2013 which would put me at the required 15.00 of cash offers I completed.
