On January 15, 2013, I sent [email protected] a personal
check for $27.99 for Danielle Steel's movie on DVD entitled
"Crossings". I checked with my bank, and the check was cashed on
January 25, 2013. I have NEVER received the DVD !!!!! I have sent them 2 emails and 2 letters requesting either the DVD or my money back. They have exhibited a total lack of professionalism, honesty
and quality customer service as they NEVER responded. I called (207) 989-1187 twice; once I was able to leave a voice message and the second time their recording stated that their mailbox was full; needless to say, no response. I called their other number yesterday and today (April 22, 2013) and both times all a got was a recording stating their mailbox was full. I cannot help but believe that findraredvds is a fraudulent company. I would prefer to receive "Crossings" as I have been trying to find it for years, but will be just as happy to receive my money back!
