I had gotten a virus on June 12, 2011. I could not access the internet, I was completely blocked out from using the net. This Removal tool system was popping up and was not allowing me to access anything else. So in order to clean up this virus, system tool online was suppossed to charge me 19.99 and this came with a 30 day money back guarantee. But instead of the 19.99, I was charged 79.99 and it was not given back. I used a debit card, not a credit card. The name of the company that actually took my money was named supplelinesoft.com. And soon as they had gotten my money, they were gone! No money back, no removal of any virus!! Now my card company says I have to get the money back from the company myself. Oh yea, and don't fall for this anymore.
