After getting a popup ad on FoxNews.com that I was the winner of a Walmart card (random) I followed the instructions sent a text to get the pin number (as a text) and placed it in the web page only to be informed that the contest was over. April Fools joke? not actually it was a scam. I filed a complaint with FoxNews webmaster and have heard nothing back... That is a separate issue. A charge for the text out, text in $1.40 and a additional 9.99 was place one my verison account. I called and had the 9.99 removed. I'll eat the text charges but I'm now on a mission to make Bid and Wins life a living hell by warning everyone I know to not do business with them.
