I have always wanted to lean Japanese fluently after my grade 7th year. So naturally when I heard of pimslers approach I got excited and ordered ASAP! I went online two days after to check my shipping status and it said:

"We were unable to find your order status. Please check your order confirmation to ensure you have the correct order number and information.

If your order was placed recently, please allow 2-3 business days from date of purchase for tracking information to appear. Please, check back later for tracking information.

If you need further assistance please contact the Customer Care Center using the information to the right."
Word for word. Then I went back on Google to purchase my boyfriends German lessons as he wishes to learn German. After purchasing the German program, I went back to check on my shipping status when google came up with "Pimsler Apporch complaints" came up. So I chose to check it out. As I read through the complaints one person said Don't order from Pimseur Approach.com! that you will never revieve your package ever
So I figured I would wait for a week and then see where my shipping status is and today at 4:50 pm it still says

"We were unable to find your order status. Please check your order confirmation to ensure you have the correct order number and information.
