I paid a phone bill in this store, and it did not get posted to my account. I have my receipt where my money was taken but there was an error in entering my information. When I requested my money back so that I could take my business elsewhere, I was told that this was not going to happen. I have been paying my bill at this location since October of 2012 without any issues, because those employees knew the proper procedures for receiving payment on phone bills. On 4/22/2013 the employees who received my payment had issues with completing the transaction. They did not know how to handle the transaction because they both kept asking the other about the procedure and after several attempts they manage to get a receipt to print. However, a transaction that has only taken five to ten minutes to post to my account, will take three to five days. I asked if I could have my money refunded and I would take my business elsewhere. I was specifically told NO. It is sad when customers are treated the way that I was treated due to insufficient knowledge of the correct procedure to receive and post payments to a customers account. Because of this error the customer has to wait and gets penalized for not paying their bill. And we wonder what's happening to this country. We know longer value honesty and responsibility when we make mistakes and we don't have a problem with others suffering the consequences of our mistakes.
