On April 1st my father showed me this ad for green coffee as a weight loss aid, so I decided to try it. As I was typing in my info. and credit card # I realized that the cost was $148.00, instead of $48.00, at this point I stopped inputting my info. and went looking for a better price. I never submitted my order and I did not authorize a charge on my credit card. That afternoon I saw a charge on my credit card for $148.00, I immediatley called the company and told them that I had not submitted an order and to cancel the charge on my card. I was told that it would be taken care of. Two days later I received a notice that my order was to be shipped that day, I again called to resolve the issue and stop the shipment. I was told it was to late, that it had already been shipped and my only option was to send it back, at my expense. I could see a pattern happening, so I sent it regestered mail so they would have to sign for it. They refunded only $118.00 of my $148.00, when I called to find out why, I was told that it was a restocking fee. BULL S---. I again called the company and talked to a service rep who promptly told me there was nothing she could do. I asked to talk to a supervisor and was told that they were all in a meeting and could not be disturbed. I insisted on talking to a supervisor, and rep told me she could not help me and hung up. I spent two hours on the phone calling and recalling this company and repeating my problem and had the same result, a hang up. I am going to try again this morning, as I have yet to talk to a supervisor. I have little hope of getting my money back, but I am going to keep calling until I get some satisfaction. This company is a joke, and should be banned from selling on the internet. How can you have a restocking fee for a product you never ordered.
