We are a trucking company in Chicago. We had a driver in Lomira WI with a flat tire. We used the internet to find a mechanic. We called this company and they asked for a Com Check for $380. Once the mechanic arrived, he said that the person that called him said that the driver has cash. We had to pay the mehanic $150 to fix the tire. When we tried calling this company back, they just pick up the phone, laugh, saying things in some Slovic language and hang up on us. We called the WI police. They did an investigation and confirmed that this is a scam. We have a police report. They used the phone number that these people called the mechanic with and found out that it belonged to a locksmith company in an apartment building in CA. The Com Check was cashed immediately!
