i purhcased gold from gw2guildwars2gold.com with the promise of gold within 5 minutes, and have never recevied it, despite chasing them several times on the day and then escalating to paypal after 24 hours.
Paypal have also been no use as they say they received advises of virtual tracking from the company and as it is a virtual transaction they are unable to help further. this is not acceptable.
