JUVENEU PIRATES STRIKE AGAIN. - Report 2
My STRONG RECOMMENDATION to anyone who has provided banking details to these people. CANCEL YOUR CARD IMMEDIATELY. They do not stop at one bite.
I was in process of cancelling my VISA card when I was advised that a second amount, $96.00 this time was charged against my account, the second amount taken without my knowledge or consent.

claim is "Customer Service hours are 24 hours a day. Monday through Friday (USA-Eastern Standard Times)"

I rang the UK number and was answered. Order details verified - name, address, Order Confirmation No.
Asked why I wanted to cancel my account before I said anything further.
Explained that I had agreed to try a sample of the product only, not buy, and that money had been taken from my account 3 days PRIOR to my receiving the product to try, without my autorisation or knowledge.
I was informed that payment terms were listed {hidden} in the Terms and Conditions that payment would be processed to bank details supplied after the 10 days Free Trial Period.
Said again that money was taken from my account 3 DAYS PRIOR to my receiving the product delivery. Asked where was the Free Trial period in that?
At which point my call was disconnected.
{FOR SOME REASON HE WAS NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE AN ANSWER MY QUESTION}
False Advertising AND Unauthorised Credit Card Charge.
I would like to add here that false customs declaration should be added, as the parcel I received was sent with a customs declaration stating
a) content was a 'Non-Medicinal Dietary Supplement' {False declaration #1 -I for one have no intention of swallowing a Skin Lotion which has nothing to do with diet, and not a supplement to anything -other than it would seem the Juveneu bank account.}
b) Claimed Value of content was US$2.00 {Agreed that was the so called delivery fee I paid for the "sample". The same package has since cost me an additional AUD$178. False Declaration #2}
c) Contents were styled a GIFT. {Expense Gift! and false declaration #3.}
