I ordered free samples from them in February for Collagenta and a Dead Sea beauty kit, the two items arrived in February. Then in March they took £195 out of my bank account, I did not receive any goods. Then in April they took a further £69.95, For goods which I have returned to them today.
I have authorised my bank to refuse them any further payments and I am hoping for a refund for the goods returned.
