I signed an agreement with AGI which had a 3 day cancellation clause. I attempted to get a business loan for the transaction and one of the requirements of the loan application was the telephone number of the company that I was doing business with. When I contacted AGI for their phone number (it wasn't in their paperwork or contract) they refused to give it to me. I then advised them that I wanted to cancel my agreement and get a refund of my $1,497.00 deposit. They refused to grant a refund and have constantly stonewalled my request.
I have documented all correspondence with the company and will furnish it on request.

Hi Anthony, I am glad to find your complaint logged in Scambook. I am too a "victim" of his very dodgy practices. Adam Ginsberg is one of the best con-artist I've seen. I can't even imagine how many people he has gotten on board and ripped off. I paid $4000 and from such high rate of dissatisfaction I did ask for a refund back and they said NO. We had a lot of arguments with them back and forth over email (yes, I know they don't provide a number!) and was actually with the same person i.e Jeff! I have started to lodge a Consumer Complaint with Consumer Affairs hoping to get my refund back (or partial refund). I was wondering what have you done since you submitted this? i.e. Have you tried to get a refund from your bank, etc?
