I do not open e-mails from anyone I don't know so when I received an e-mail which I thought was from my son, I clicked on it. It was a video of Dr. Oz's show telling of Garcinia Combogia, I listened to the spiel and then went in to see the cost. It was too expensive so I clicked out, a box popped up and offered me the package at $19.99 per bottle. I was to get 3 bottles @ $19.99 each and also 2 bottles free. I should have known it was too good to be true. When I checked my invoice they had automatically charged my account $99.99 and there was no way to cancel. I called the number I was given immediately to cancel and was told there was nothing they could do. I called again and was told they would give me a 15% discount and $14.99 was credited to my account. The more I thought about it the more upset I became, so I called again and e-mailed them that I wanted to cancel. She told me I had to pay the return postage and there was a $5.74 charge for restock of each bottle. I requested the paperwork for the return. 4/22/2013 Icalled again and she said someone would get back to me within 24 hours and needless to say I am still waiting. I e-mailed them again and said this is fraud and they did a "BAIT AND SWITCH" and I was going to seek action against them. I got a form letter stating the same thing ever time I e-mailed them to get in touch with customer service.
