I sent my watch for repair in June 2012. Got a letter 8/31/2012 that they were backed up, taking about 12 weeks for repairs. It is now 4/24/2013, and still no watch. They don't return my calls, and don't respond to my e-mails. I think they have lost or stolen my watch.
