I typed in "unlimited" in the monetray damages because I don't know what the damages are. Since it made me take a dollar amount, I typed in $1,000,000 because most class actions are over $1,000,000. My complaint: I requested to be taken off findthecompany.com site. I received an email reply stating to contact D&B which findthecompany provided me there CSR phone number and online update link. That was helpful and I did contact D&B. D&B has taken me off. I asked how findthecompany.com would have my "estimated 2011 revenues". The D&B CSR replied that D&B doesn't have anything related to revenues on their data base on me. That tells me findthecompany is only telling a partial truth. So, the question is, where is findthecompany getting the rest of their information such as estimated 2011 revenues that equalled my adjusted gross income from that year? The only groups I know that have the information are the IRS and TurboTax. Is findthecompany.com getting their information from "another 3rd party" that has hacked into the IRS or Turbotax? I see a class action coming against findthecompany I will be happy to help fix this activity and stop it once and for all. If findthecompany reads this post and wants to get serious about removing me, they can reply with a phone number, address, etc that will allow me to contact them and take care of this issue. Right now all they will give you is D&B. Providing D&B contact information so quickly but not providing your own contact information is pretty shady.
