On Mothers Day 2012 and the anniversary of my mom death I thought to cheer myself up I would treat myself to shoe containers from Neatcontainer.com. I ordered shoe containers and was told it was on backorder for several months. Since it showed "processing" I thought it had gone through. At the beginning, I use to be able to reach company, which always told me that the will be going out in the next couple of weeks. Finally after several months I kept getting a full voice mail. I contacted Paypal which I was told that it was to late to dispute because of the time frame. My credit card company also said I had 60 days to dispute charges. So here it is a couple of weeks before the annivesary date of May 13th. I still have not gotten a refund or heard anything else. I really would like to get my money back. Thanks
