I had a flight scheduled, for March 14 from OC to Brunswick, GA. after my fall for which I ended up in

After a fall I ended up with 5 broken ribs. My trip scheduled from OK city to Brunswick , Ga had to be cancelled because I could not travel. With it necessary to cancel quickly my flight I used the computer to cancel on line. I was charged the rescheduling even tho the young man who was very helpful tried to get his superior to forgive the charge because of the accident. Later I tried again to make the trip and since the ribs had not healed, had to reschedule again. This time the lady forgave the fee and I was able to make the trip.She related to me that because I had cancelled on line, I had to pay. had I called it would not have been charged to me. You do seem to have some problem with consistencyI was being the nice guy to let you know my inability to make the flight as soon as possible was why I used the computer. My experience with calling you company has not been a speedy operation. From now on when I have a choice I certainly will not choose your airline in which to travel. I do expect to hear from you . the ER with 5 broken I had to cancel my reservations . Because of the necessary time factor I used the e-mail. When I rescheduled the flight I was told I had to pay the rescheduling fee which I did. I rescheduled thinking I could make the trip and found that again I was not able to fly, I called this time and was excused from the fee. I rescheduled again and after recovery made the trip. This makes no sense, I was told because I went on line to schedule the new flight I had to pay. When I called I did not have to pay. This did not give me a good feeling about your airline. The young man I talked with originally, tried to get his superior to let me reschedule without the fee, since I I had fallen and had the broken ribs. It was not his fault but that of his superior. If I have a choice, I will always choose another airline. The lovely lady who helped me the last time is the one who explained the situation to me.Since I used my credit card, I do not know the amount of the fee, but as I recall it was over $100.00 Do you have a problem with consistency??
