I purchased a voucher and contacted the company to make a booking. I was advised by the company that Whypayfullprice had run the add without authorisation and as such the deal could not be honoured. I contacted Whypayfullprice on the 16th April and received the we will respond in 48hours. There was no repsonse in the 48hours so I sent a follow up email. I received a reply to this email asking for more information so I replied with the details. This is the last I heard from the company or the person who was assisting. I have sent a follow up email to the replied email on the 23rd April and again today as it has been 8 days since I received correspondance. After finding this website I now concerned i wont get my $189 back.
