Saw the advert for this company, on a medical site, advertising free trial for, £4,99, so filled out details and sent off for it. Minutes later, common sense kicked in, and I googled them and found this site, with many complaints re accessing bank accounts without authority. I immediately rang them and told them I was cancelling the order, which the lad on the end of the phone confirmed he had done, I followed this up with an email to reiterate that fact. They then sent me 2 following emails, confirming that fact. The following day they sent me an email with shipping details! I again emailed them and stated order cancelled, all to no avail, the product arrived the following day, it was immediately sent back via recorded delivery, and to make sure they could not access my account, I cancelled my bank card. The persistence of this company beggars belief! Absolute scam, I have passed details onto trading standards. The only cost to me as I stopped the transaction was £3.70 for return post.
