I purchase a 7" Sylvania Internet Netbook from Kiss Electronic in New York on line whent I recive the netbook is was damage dont work at all I call kiss electronic and was told to call digital gadgets at this num. 888-571-0866 to have the notbook replaces I call over 20 times in differances day a machine comes and tell you they are bissy with other customer to go on line and file the clain I dit that several time they never answer my reguest on April 18 2013 I send them a certified mail with no respond as today.Please help me with this case thank you very much Gilberto Colon(Personal Information Removed)phone num.
