Predatory company. I had been locked out of my email and they Wanted to charge me 100.00 just to change my yahoo password. How ridiculous. I googled my problem and their number popped so I called. The are charging a service for a company that actually has no affiliation with them. Once I wised up to what was going one I called yahoo and informed them of what was going on. Yahoo gave me a new password for free as they are liable to do because the email account is free! I could not believe that itok would modify someone else's product and the have the nerve to actually charge you for the "service". Glorified hacking.
