September 6, 2012 I contracted with Medrano Express to ship a 34"x26"x28" box to Honduras. Today is April 26, 2013 and the box still has not been delivered. It is now almost 8 months for a delivery that usually takes 4-6 weeks. I call and email Medrano Express everyday but they refuse to answer any of their telephones. I have faxed them and sent them 436 emails as of today no answer from Medrano. I was visiting the United States last September when I sent this box. I live in Honduras and have been here waiting for delivery since my return in early October 2012. This box contains my property, my children's Christmas gifts and clothing. All items I sent are for myself, my family and my house. I will now be forced to travel back to the United States to get Medrano to hopefully return my property and file charges in court and for damages incurred against this company. Calling them from here in Honduras and emailing them over 435 emails has gotten no results. I trusted this company as I have used them several times over the years and they always delivered my property in 4-6 weeks. Per social media there are many many people waiting several months for their boxes to be delivered and Medrano also not responding to their calls or emails. All we have been told is that the boxes are in customs and to wait. I was told this in November when Medrano was answering their phones. Now they have stopped answering their phones. So my family had no Christmas and my children have outgrown most the clothing I sent for them and we have been sitting here going without all the needed items that I sent. I have had to save enough money over these months to travel back to the United States to resolve this and Medrano will be sued for this cost as well. I will leave next week. We make big sacrifices to provide for our families and have to big company take our money and property is criminal.
