I did an online survey and in doing so I recieved a 'special offer.' I was told that I only had to pay 4.95 shipping/handling. 8 days later my debit card was debited for 109.00. I AM MAD!!What can I do?

After a long hour conversation I was able to get a full refund. I did have to return the product. With this company, you just have to keep demanding a total refund.

I did the same exact thing. You have to keep repeating that you want a full refund and they will, you just have to keep demanding it. Next time, for me to, READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
