I Spoke to a gentleman name Cris Mile, on March 28,2013. He said to fax the propose form to help with the modification the number he gave or has is 202-304-1075. He called on tuesday at 3:00pm eveing and said that naca had denied the modification and hud had denied the monification but the one that aprove the loan was making home affordable and that there was nop charge for the service. Chris Miles promise to work very hard and said that he was able to get the modification approve. He said that I had to mail everything as soon as possible. If we did not send the money that the modification will be cancelled and then i will not be able to save my home. Cris Miles said that I (Marcelina Rodriguez) will receive a phone call from the underwritter Grace Williams. I receive the call from Grace Williams at 16:00( 4:00pm) she said that everything had to be received by 04-05-2013. If the owen did not received the documentation and the installment payment that everything will be cancell. she said to FEDEX everything overnight. to the following adress : Processing service, making home affordable

I fax all the documentation along with the check for the installment payment she said to do a cashier check to:( Trust funding Loan in the amount of 6,825.12) all this fedex overnight on 04-3-2013.
I called Grace Williams at 5:45 central time she said that she was only going to be in the office until 6:00pm eastern time. She requested to send a copy of the check to make sure that the check was made out correctly. She said that she was going to wait for the fax just assure that everything was correct, she said that she will call next week by wed to give me the corect information for the firast payment to be paid since it is due in June 1, 2013. I called the office of Grace Williams no an swear, I called the office of Chris Miles there was no answear. I left a message for both, no respond this was done on 04-11-2013. The following week i try leave another message but the voice mail was full. I try contacting them again on 04-25-2013 no luck.
