(1/4) It is a crime to willfully and unlawfully to solicit funds through a CHURCH EL SHADDAI CHRISTIAN MINSTRIES, INC. NOW AT 835 25TH SAN DIEGO CA. 92102 that does not have a 501 C 3 non for profit organization tax exempt ID FOR MORE THEN SEVEN YEARS it is of. (2/4) great concern that the church in the above after mention is operating a functional congregation without adhering too said laws that would allow a church. (3/4) to operate in such manner in the state of California it is also noted that said church in the above after mention has and still to present collect funds under. (4/4) false pretense this is according to the 4th and 8th amendment law cruel and unusual punishment per the ADA American Disability Act. (1/6) It is further of great concern that the said Church in the after mention is presently exploiting the elderly an those that has been deemed disable under t. (2/6) he American Disability Act out of funds I Joann Reed has been personally victimized abused taking advantage of by said Church in the above after mention I. (3/6) was asked to invest over $90,000 into a ministry that has been later discovered as a scam that has been operating without a license to practice as such church. (4/6) needs a 501 c3 in order to solicit funds from: such persons as a non for profit organization it is further stated that I would receive my over $90,000 back Pl. (5/6) us 10 percent interest of the initial investment at which time I have not received any payments to this date I have tried to contact the above church in t.
