He was suppose to fix my car and after I had paid all this amount that was in the contract he came back and said that there was more money needed because the car was needing even more stuff to get it running. Now he will not return the car unless I agree to pay this certain amount and says he'll put a lean on the car. I just want my car back ad don't want him to do anything else to it!
