Oh my god! They did the same thing to me,They were suppose to charge only $4.95 for shipping and handling of the free sample and they charged me twice,I notice a $89 charge and a $99 charge on my credit card both two weeks apart,I had called them about 2weeks after I order the suppose free sample and got transfer to a person who barely can barely spoke English in India who did nothing to resolve my problem! Help
